PABLO ESCOBAR HACIENDA LA RUIZA
This is a journey back into the 1980’s, one of the many Hacienda’s Pablo Escobar had in Colombia. A lovely destination that is exactly like it was when he lived there. Private tours of the inside can be arranged at an extra charge. To visit the Hacienda we can arrive by horseback and ride through the streams and mountains that were also part of his land. For those who do not want to ride horses we can go by car. The pool is available for swimming and lunch can be arranged on the private wrap around balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. See the natural pool that had an underground bunker where he escaped when the military surprised him. See the stables and the grounds of this once lush estate. A journey back into time for those who love history.

Villa Migelita is situated near the mountains in Cali which is a fantastic spot for the world’s paragliding community. With flatlands stretching out from the take off zone, paragliding here is amazing and safe. The thermal activity with the warm currents rising from the lower landscape provide amazing lift allowing pilots and first timers to cruise high above this magical part of Colombia.

Buga is also famous for the amazing hikes to waterfalls that surround this city. Visit a waterfall and then spend some time visiting the city and the church Basilica del Señor de los Milagros.
